The sender needs to charge AUD 60 per submission of EMPP materials, and the recipient needs to provide AUD 55+GST per submission of EMPP materials; In case of customs inspection, the corresponding fees shall be paid by the sender；

【★】Accidental compensation: In the event of loss of goods before delivery to the overseas warehouse, compensation shall be made based on the value of the purchased goods, up to a maximum of twice the shipping cost, and the shipping cost shall not be refunded; The compensation for lost goods that have been delivered to overseas warehouses shall not exceed $100 per shipment (regardless of the value of the goods); If the delivery company has indicated that the delivery has been completed and the customer requires a POD, our company will do our best to assist in obtaining the POD, but we cannot guarantee that we can provide a handwritten POD. We will not be responsible for any losses caused by the inability to provide a hand signed POD. If the delivery company confirms that the goods are lost during transportation, the maximum compensation is 100 USD per shipment. If there are any objections after the goods are signed for, please raise them within 14 natural days. Claims for inspection will not be accepted after the deadline.
