【★】The material of wooden boxes and frames cannot be logs, and the space left for forklift operation should not be less than 10CM in height and should have hinges for easy inspection of goods；

【★】If the packaging boxes are soft, have prohibited item labels, or have suspected infringement labels that do not meet the export conditions, the warehouse needs to repackage the goods, and a handling fee of RMB 1/KG (minimum RMB 10/box) will be charged. The material fee will be charged according to the following standards: 5RMB/box for boxes weighing 0-10KG, 10RMB/box for boxes weighing 10.1-20KG, and 15RMB/box for boxes weighing 20.1-30KG; Customization of wooden boxes is required for items weighing over 30.1KG, and the cost will be reimbursed on a case by case basis; Refuse to accept goods with packaging straps, films, and irregular packaging boxes；

【★】The following situations cannot be compensated: product infringement, failure to declare truthfully, quality issues with the goods themselves and specific certification issues, force majeure factors causing damage, loss, transit delay, shortage or damage of product quantity, fragile goods, and customs confiscation due to the goods themselves；

【★】Accidental Compensation: In case of lost goods during transportation, the compensation shall include the return freight and the value of the goods, with a maximum limit of USD 100 per waybill (regardless of the actual value of the goods).

【★】Service: The goods will only be transported after paying the shipping fee.

Large Boxes：Single box weight Weight 65-500KG，Maximum Length 118-258CM，Large cargo fee +200RMB/box；

Packaging Requirements：High value products need to be packaged in wooden boxes, with a 10cm fork space reserved at the bottom of the box and hinges.

Correctly declare：The name, quantity, weight, and declared value of the goods must be truthfully declared. If the customs inspection is caused by reasons such as non conformity, concealment, omission, or false reporting, the shipper shall bear the losses and legal responsibilities

免堆期：The destination warehouse has a 7-day free storage period. If it exceeds one day, a warehouse rent of RMB20/CBM/day will be charged. If it is less than 1 CBM, it will be charged as 1 CBM. If it is not picked up for more than 1 month, the overseas warehouse will be treated as abandoned goods, and all expenses incurred will be paid by the sender

transit time：There is no compensation for transit time delays caused by container dumping, delayed departure, port hopping, customs inspections, etc. by shipping companies

Insurance：The shipper can choose whether to purchase value insurance from our company based on the value of the goods, at a rate of 3% of the value. If the goods are lost during transportation due to our company's reasons, our company will compensate based on the lower of the value of the lost goods covered by the shipper's insurance and the actual value of the goods;

No insurance：Customs clearance inspection results in confiscation or loss of goods. If the shipper fails to purchase insurance, the compensation for the seized or lost goods shall be twice the proportion of the total amount, and the maximum compensation for the freight shall not exceed the value of the goods. The freight for this order shall not be refunded If the goods are seized by customs due to the shipper's reasons, the shipper shall be fully responsible

Prohibited goods：Prohibited goods are strictly prohibited from entering our company. Otherwise, a minimum fine of 20000 RMB per shipment will be imposed, and the shipping fee will not be refunded
