【★】If the packaging boxes are soft, have prohibited item labels, or have suspected infringement labels that do not meet the export conditions, the warehouse needs to repackage the goods, and a handling fee of RMB 1/KG (minimum RMB 10/box) will be charged. The material fee will be charged according to the following standards: 5RMB/box for boxes weighing 0-10KG, 10RMB/box for boxes weighing 10.1-20KG, and 15RMB/box for boxes weighing 20.1-30KG; Customization of wooden boxes is required for items weighing over 30.1KG, and the cost will be reimbursed on a case by case basis; Refuse to accept goods with packaging straps, films, and irregular packaging boxes;
【★】There is no free secondary delivery service, and the recipient's address information and contact information need to be accurate and correct. If the recipient's address is incorrect, resulting in the cost of returning the goods to the overseas warehouse, the sender needs to pay for it
【★】The following situations cannot be compensated: product infringement, failure to declare truthfully, quality issues with the goods themselves and specific certification issues, force majeure factors causing damage, loss, transit delay, shortage or damage of product quantity, fragile goods, and customs confiscation due to the goods themselves;
【★】Accidental compensation: If the package is lost before being transported to the overseas delivery company, compensation will be made based on the purchase value, up to a maximum of 40RMB/KG, and the shipping fee will not be refunded; Foreign courier companies will compensate up to $50 per shipment (regardless of the value of the goods) for confirmed lost goods
