Packaging Requirements：We only accept cardboard packaging sealed with transparent adhesive tape;

Remote Area Surcharge：220RMB/shipment；

Address update charges： There is no free secondary delivery service. If there is an issue with the delivery address, the UPS/FedEx system will automatically correct it. The cost starts at $200 per shipment. Please confirm the accurate address information with the recipient before shipping, and not a single letter should be incorrect;

Correctly declare：Correctly declare the actual product name, type, quantity, and amount. For returns caused by false reporting, the sender needs to pay the return shipping fee; If customs detention is caused by product issues, our company will assist in customs clearance processing, but we will not assume any responsibility;

Prohibited goods：Pure batteries, flammable and explosive materials, antiques, currency, books, newspapers, stamps, sealed packaging, and other items that are prohibited from export by the country and banned by airlines. If any goods are found to have been tampered with or charged without a note, the goods will be confiscated and a fine of RMB 1000 per ticket will be imposed;

Compensation Statement：If the goods are confiscated due to customs detention, the freight will be refunded and an additional compensation of 40RMB/KG will be paid. If the goods are lost during our transportation process due to the airline or other reasons, compensation will be made according to the declared value, but not exceeding USD100 per ticket;

Special Notice：If the customer agrees to accept our company's services, we assume that the customer has carefully read the remarks in this price list and accepts the constraints of each clause;
