【★】Non stackable goods or items labeled as "non stackable" will incur a non stackable fee of 2500RMB per box, which will be paid by the sender;

【★】The recipient needs to have unloading tools, the delivery address should be able to accommodate large vehicles, and the quotation does not include tail board fees. The waiting fee for unloading needs to be paid by the sender;

【★】There is no free secondary delivery service, and the delivery address and contact information must be accurate and correct;

【★】DDP services do not provide tax payment certificates to the recipient;

【★】Switzerland, Norway: DDP service (please refer to the following instructions), excluding VAT. VAT is generally 5% to 10% for general cargo, subject to customs notification. VAT needs to be paid by the recipient and cannot be paid by others；

【★】DDP Service：DDP service refers to providing customs clearance declaration and miscellaneous fees for both exporting goods to China and importing goods to the destination country, but does not include providing import and export qualifications for goods, brand, patent, FDA authorization, and safety certificates for goods. These documents are provided by the actual shipper or consignee of the goods. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the need to provide customs documents, certifications, or other types of products, nor are we responsible for the return and destruction of such goods after they are released from the warehouse; Any European country that may experience secondary clearance, tariffs, fines, etc. due to customs inspections or other reasons, needs to be handled by the recipient. If there is a return shipment to an overseas warehouse, the cost incurred will be paid by the sender；

【★】Accidental compensation: If the goods are lost before being picked up by UPS/DPD/GLS, compensation will be made based on the value of the purchased goods, up to a maximum of twice the shipping cost, and the shipping cost will not be refunded; UPS/DPD/GLS have picked up the goods and confirmed the lost items, with compensation not exceeding $100 per shipment (regardless of the value of the goods)；
