European DPD Service Description

Profile ：One shipment is limited to one box ，Weight ≤ 23KG，Volume = 6000，Transit time 12-15 days ;

Delivery Fee：The delivery companies are local European courier companies such as DPD, DHL, UPS, etc. There is no service on the island, and FBA and overseas warehouse addresses are not accepted;

Return Fee：If the package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery, a return fee will be charged (return fee=delivery fee for the corresponding country in the quotation * 1.5+100RMB/box);

Redelivery Fee：The cost of returning the goods from the recipient to the overseas warehouse is 100 RMB per shipment, and the cost of redelivery is 200 RMB+20 RMB/KG. One week's warehouse rent is waived, and a warehouse rent of 5 euros per box per day will be charged for more than one week;

Secondary customs clearance：If there is a secondary customs clearance during the transportation from Europe to the destination country, the recipient needs to handle it themselves;

Remote Area Surcharge：This service is free of remote area surcharge；

Packing Instructions：The maximum size does not exceed 110 * 60 * 60CM. The outer packaging cannot have logos, and the outer box packaging must be sturdy. If the packaging is damaged during transportation, no compensation will be provided.

Compensation：If the courier company loses or holds the goods before receiving them, they will compensate a maximum of 40RMB/KG and refund the shipping fee; If an accident occurs after the goods are delivered to the courier company, compensation will be made based on the value of the goods, up to a maximum of 100 USD per shipment, and the shipping fee will not be refunded;

Deductible：Our company shall not be liable for compensation due to any of the following circumstances:

1：War, hostile actions, military actions, armed conflicts, strikes (excluding strikes that occur while goods are in transit), riots, uprisings, terrorist activities

2：Nuclear radiation, nuclear explosions, nuclear pollution, and other radioactive contamination

3：Unlawful act

4：We do not assume insurance liability for goods that infringe intellectual property rights

5：Any indirect losses

6：Shipper's responsibility

7：If the recipient refuses or the recipient's address is incorrect, resulting in delay or failure to deliver

8：The routine inspection and seizure of goods by Chinese and destination country customs, inspection and quarantine departments and other government departments are force majeure factors and are not within the scope of compensation
